Treasury needs convincing of 'meaningful' pay uplift, says RCN


No wonder recruitment and retention of nurses is in a dire state and it’s going to get worse. The next generation will not be willing to work the hideous shift pattern coupled with the excessive responsibility for little reward. The government and those higher up know this, therefore let’s bring in the associates who’ll do that job for less money it’s a political agenda to cheapen nursing even further
