Using key skills training to boost support workers’ confidence

I an Kehinde Omoru (Kay), a band 6 nurse practising in the field of further education. I have been involved in training support staff members to update their competences in skill like gastrostomy care, the administration of enteral feeds and fluids, as well as the administration of rescue seizure medications like inhaler, Buccal Midazolam and Rectal Diazepam when it was very popular. I have found this article very informing and agree that support staff are very important members of the team. Could you kindly share your "Coaching technique methods to build rapport with new starters"?
