'Should I change universities?'

I advise that you read, read and read again. The moment you get your assignment brief, start to read. It’s so important. The assignments only become more challenging as you progress to levels 5 and 6 and it’s never too early to be prepared. Most universities are very much the same when it comes to assignment, as student nurses we have to write our essays very academically as it demonstrates our ability to find and use evidence. Some people are naturally gifted at writing, some not. If you’re not I’d advise you to book yourself into an academic writing workshop at your uni. I’ve done the same recently and found it very useful. And always write in relation to the learning outcomes. Don’t be hasty and find another university as you may find the same degree of assignments and marking. Hope this is helpful
