'We must ensure that we take student feedback on board'

I have been bullied on every placement with the exception of health visiting, from being shouted at in front of patients, spat at, and not being allowed to develop my skills, and despite wearing a name badge and the campaign #hellomynameis I have only ever been called by my name a handful of times. The bullying seriously my mental health and at times I would call the Samaritans upto 3 times a day, and there was no peer support from other students whose attitude was ‘If you can’t take the heat, get out of the kitchen,’ it wasn’t heat, it was an inferno. I am now focusing on healing from the prolonged trauma of bullying.
