  • I agree with Mike totally and absolutely that nurses should have free access to all nursing knowledge after all it is mainly for the benefit of the patients.

  • it is only a shame and very frustrating that if one is away for a few days only to discover on 14 May that the free content was only free for one day - such a big hearted and generous offer, i don't think. one does also have another life! this is merely another example of mean spiritedness which has pervaded our society in britain. I sometimes wonder, with the little support and all the obstacles we have to overcome, that some of us are still so motivated to learn especially after thirty odd years in the profession!

    I think I should just go off and enjoy myself and my money elsewhere instead and stuff my passion and thirst for nursing knowledge. Fortunately there still is still sufficient free access to high quality nursing and medical journalism elsewhere.
