Nursing Times is looking for students to act as ambassadors to encourage their student friends and peers to attend the Nursing Times careers fairs at Leeds, London and Birmingham. Do you want to be a part of the Nursing Times team?

We are offering you the chance to gain some fantastic experience working with NT to facilitate a day of learning for your peers. We have plenty of rewards up for grabs for those putting themselves forward.

The event dates are:

Leeds: Thursday 25 May, Queens Hotel

London: Thursday 8 June, Park Plaza Victoria

Birmingham: Thursday 12 October, Birmingham Conference Centre

Programme of events

1:30pm: Student Welcome Reception with editor of Nursing Times Jenni Middleton and recruiters

2-4pm: Learning sessions on appraisals, CV advice and career path development

Meet recruiters face-to-face and land yourself the ideal job or learn a bit more about where you might want to work when you do job hunt.

All we ask is that you can help us get the word out at your university to your cohort of nursing students. We suggest you tell your friends, put posters up (with appropriate permission of course) and post invitations on social media. We will supply transportation for any university that can send more than 30 student nurses (within a three-hour radius).

If you are interested in this role, please contact Michelle Fanus: michelle.fanus@emap.com
