The Francis report criticised the failure of student nurses in Stafford Hospital to raise concerns and the failure of their nursing departments to support students to do so.

As part of our Speak Out Safely week for student nurses, Nursing Times is urging all nursing schools to back the campaign to actively encourage students to raise the alarm when they see poor practice on placements.
