EastEnders: how do you deal with difficult patients in sensitive situations?

  • Comment

This week, we’re watching EastEnders .. what did you think of it?

Janine Butcher (now Moon) had her baby at 29 weeks, 11 weeks premature, by Caesarean section.

She has been in hospital recovering after the birth and looking after her baby.

As a notoriously difficult person, she often took her stress out on the nursing staff, even calling one nurse “patronising”.

Do you agree that the nurse was being patronising, or was she just doing her best in a sensitive situation?

How do you cope with difficult patients/relatives?
